Ambassador Program

Inspiring the Next Generation of Accountants

The Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) is excited to announce the CPA Ambassador Program, a program designed to introduce high school students to the accounting profession and its diverse career opportunities.

We believe that early exposure to the accounting profession can spark interest in high school students who may not have considered this career path. By working together, we can help students discover the rewarding opportunities available in accounting and address the growing need for future professionals in this field.

MSCPA Members — Volunteer to Visit High Schools!
Please join our efforts by volunteering to visit high schools in your areas throughout the state. MSCPA will supply the support tools, talking points, and guidance needed by members as they speak to classes or attend high school career fairs. CPAs will have the opportunity to emphasize the CPA profession with a consolidated message. To get involved, please contact Noma Gillis at ngillis@ms-cpa.org.

Educators — Partner With Us!
As educational leaders, we invite you to partner with us in this important initiative by scheduling classroom presentations and/or including the program in your high school career fairs. To schedule a classroom presentation or to include the CPA Ambassador Program in your high school career fair, please contact Noma Gillis at ngillis@ms-cpa.org.
