MSCPA Honors 2020 Hamp King Award Winner
Hunter Reed of the University of Southern Mississippi was honored at the Spring 2021 School of Accountancy Advisory Board meeting for his selection as the Hamp King Award scholarship winner. Reed was awarded an additional $1,000 scholarship from the MSCPA and a plaque from the MSCPA Education Foundation. One scholarship winner from among all MSCPA undergraduate scholarship recipients is selected each fall based on outstanding academic and collegiate leadership. The award was named to honor the long-time service of the late Hamp King as Mississippi’s State Auditor. Pictured with Reed are MSCPA members, Dr. Marv Bouillon, Director of the School of Accountancy; Julia Bradley, Instructor; Karen Moody, MSCPA President/CEO; Amber Hatten, Professor of Practice and Director of MPA Program; and Gwen Pate, Director Emeritus.
