Farewell from Stormy Blair at Brown & Brown

After more than 30 years, I am announcing my retirement, effective August 31, 2026. Reaching this milestone fills me with gratitude, pride, and deep appreciation for the people and associations I have had the privilege to serve. I am especially thankful for the leadership and members of the MDA, LDA, MSCPA, and MAJ. Working alongside you has been the most rewarding chapter of my career.

I am equally grateful for my teammates and our insurance carrier partners, whose collaboration, trust, and support have been instrumental in our success and in delivering exceptional service to our members.

As I look toward retirement, I am pleased to share that Grace Boggs will continue leadership of our valued relationships. Over the past two years, Grace has dedicated herself to learning the unique needs of each association, building meaningful relationships, and preparing for this transition. She is exceptionally qualified, deeply committed to serving these organizations, and genuinely excited about the opportunity ahead. I have complete confidence in her ability to continue the strong partnerships we have built and to lead them to even greater success.

While I am stepping away from my full-time role, I will remain involved with Brown & Brown as a consultant and will continue supporting the association relationships as needed. I look forward to helping ensure a seamless transition and remaining connected to the people and organizations that have meant so much to me throughout my career.

Thank you for your trust, partnership, and friendship over the years. Serving you has truly been the honor of a lifetime. I am deeply grateful for the relationships we have built and the memories we have shared, and I will carry them with me into this next chapter.

Sincerely, Stormy Blair
