Christopher Bernard Brown of Jackson State University was honored at the MSCPA Tax Institute December 7 for his selection as the Hamp King Award scholarship winner. Brown was presented a $1,000 scholarship check from the Mississippi Tax Institute and a plaque from the MSCPA Education Foundation. One scholarship winner from among all MSCPA scholarship recipients is selected each fall based on outstanding academic and collegiate leadership.
