We'll make the case that all professionals-and leaders in particular-must make developing others a top priority. The course will address the difference between coaching and mentoring as methods of developing others and will offer several specific tips for effective coaching and successful mentoring programs. Originally presented June 6, 2015. Note: There is a minimum passing rate of 70% for this course.
