Prior to joining Bessemer in 2025, Nick was a shareholder and Chairman of Djuric Spratt P.A. Before that, he was an associate and partner at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. Previously, he was a law clerk for Chief Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where he serves as a member of the State Laws Committee and previously served as Georgia State Chair. He has served as Chair of the State Bar of Georgia Fiduciary Law Section, Chair of the Estate Planning & Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and President of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council.

Jan Craig serves as the Associate Commissioner for Income and Property Taxes for the Mississippi Department of Revenue in Jackson. She has held this position since 2011. As the Associate Commissioner, Ms. Craig oversees the Income Taxes which include Individual Income Tax, Corporate Income and Franchise Tax, Withholding, Miscellaneous Taxes, the Customer Service area for the Department, and the Property Tax area which includes the Motor Vehicle Registration and Title. Ms. Craig has has served in the Income Tax Bureau and Miscellaneous Tax Bureau as well. Ms. Craig holds an MBA from Delta State University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. She is also a CPA.
