Greg is an assurance partner and regional industry leader of the healthcare sector for the Southeast Region. He provides audit and consulting services to hospitals, long-term care, and related healthcare clients. Greg has served as lead audit partner for healthcare clients ranging from large healthcare systems with net revenue exceeding $5 billion to critical access hospitals. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Greg has provided a variety of services to healthcare clients including strategic planning, financial statement forecasting, dashboard reporting, and interim chief financial officer duties.
Greg is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and GSCPA. He is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), having served as president for the South Carolina chapter. Greg is a Fellow in HFMA (FHFMA) and speaks regularly before industry audiences.

A member of the Healthcare Practice, Julie has more than 30 years of experience providing reimbursement services. She provides a variety of services to healthcare clients, including third-party reimbursement, cost report preparation, and consulting, as well as other general and strategic advisory services, including new and existing Medicare regulation analyses. These services include cost report preparations and reviews for hospitals (short-term acute care and long-term acute care), rehabilitation facilities, psychiatric facilities, home health agencies, and rural health clinics. Julie has assisted hospitals with issues related to wage index, Medicare bad debts, interns and residents, state disproportionate share audits, and worksheet S-10 reviews.
Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, she worked with the Mississippi fiscal intermediary, a national for-profit hospital chain, two local CPA firms specializing in healthcare reimbursement and advisory services, and two Mississippi hospital systems in various roles in reimbursement, compliance, and revenue cycle.
Julie’’s professional memberships include the Mississippi Chapter of the Health Care Financial Management Association, where she received the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) designation.
She is a graduate of Mississippi State University, Starkville, with a bachelor of professional accountancy degree.

Jennifer Wentworth is the Chief of Staff for the for the Mississippi Division of Medicaid and previously served as the agency’s Chief Financial Officer from 2018 through 2024. The Chief of Staff role oversees finance, rate setting, fee schedule updates, utilization management, procurement, contracts, third-party recovery and managed care.
Prior to her time at Medicaid, Ms. Wentworth worked at the Mississippi Department of Revenue for 21 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mississippi State University and is a Certified Governmental Financial Manager. She and her family live in Clinton, Mississippi.

Dave Estorge is the Vice President of Rural Health Strategy for the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health Systems. Estorge has been recognized as a One Coast Top Community Leader, Top 10 Business Leaders Under 40 by the Sun Herald and Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40 by the Mississippi Business Journal.
While at Southern Miss, Estorge served as Student Government Association President in 1996, Interfraternity Council Vice-President in 1994, and was a member of Southern Style, Eagle Connection and Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He was also inducted into the Southern Miss Student Hall of Fame and named Outstanding Young Alumnus by the Southern Miss Alumni Association in 2009.
Estorge and his wife, Jaime, reside in Madison. They are parents of Allie Estorge Cameron ’22 and Anders, a current Southern Miss student.

Justin Stroud has served as Chief Financial Officer for various Community Health Systems affiliated hospitals since 2013. He currently serves as Market CFO for the Merit Health Jackson MS Market.
He is a Fellow of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He is also a past president and current Board Member for the Mississippi Chapter of HFMA.
Mr. Stroud is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Outside of his professional career, he enjoys traveling, anything outdoors, and being involved in all of his children’s activities from show choir, to gymnastics, to baseball.

Mr. Loftin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Mississippi True DBA “TrueCare”, which is a provider-sponsored plan and Mississippi’s only nonprofit, coordinated care provider of Medicaid Services. Owned by Mississippi hospitals and health systems, TrueCare aims to transform the health and well-being of Mississippi communities. TrueCare’s innovative provider-payer alliance model gives providers a real voice in decision-making, prioritizes patient care, optimizes care coordination and provides members access to innovative solutions that address their needs beyond health care.
Mr. Loftin is a seasoned health care executive with over 29 ½ years of experience in both segments (payer and provider) of the health care industry. His specialties include academic (physician and hospital) revenue cycle management, non-profit/faith-based revenue cycle management, critical access hospital revenue cycle management, central billing office leadership, government liaison, call center development and management, project management, lean healthcare champion, and government and commercial claims adjudication.
Mr. Loftin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at The University of Southern Mississippi in 1995. He is also trained in Advanced Performance Management, Project Management, and received his Healthcare Lean Certificate from the Mississippi State University CAVS Extension (equivalent to a Six Sigma Black Belt) in 2015.
Mr. Loftin has also been a guest presenter or panelist at conferences held by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Region 9, Mississippi HFMA, Mississippi Hospital Association (MHA), Mississippi Health Information Management Association (MHIMA), Georgia HFMA, Arkansas HFMA, and Greater Heartland HFMA. Mr. Loftin was the Co-Chair of the MHA Revenue Cycle Roundtable, was a member of the MHA President’s Council, and was on the Mississippi HFMA Board of Directors.

Before joining the Mississippi State Department of Health, Dr. Edney was in private practice in Vicksburg for more than 30 years. He received his M.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine with residency in the University of Virginia's internal medicine program. He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Leah Rupp Smith is General Counsel and Vice President for Policy and Advocacy at the Mississippi Hospital Association.
Prior to joining MHA, Smith served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann. She previously served as Assistant Secretary of State at the Secretary of State’s Office, clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and worked as a labor and employment attorney at a regional law firm in Louisville, Kentucky. She is also a former reporter for The Clarion-Ledger and a former member of the Capitol Press Corps.
A native of Louisville, Smith earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Miami University of Ohio and Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville.
