Practice areas include commercial law, collection, and business law.

Tuan has over 25 years of financial and accounting consulting experience and is a Partner of the forensic accounting, litigation support, and transaction advisory practice with FPS Consulting Group.
Tuan previously served as a manager at a Big 4 accounting firm and three publicly traded international financial and economic consultancies. His practice has focused on assisting corporations and individuals with complex business transactions, disputes, and financial investigations. He has worked with a wide range of clients including manufacturing, automotive, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, mining, energy, and oil and gas. Tuan has extensive experience in litigation consulting, valuation, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Rachel Kinzer, CPA/CFF, CFE
Rachel Kinzer, CPA/CFF, CFE, works at Green Flash Forensic Accounting. Rachel has eight years of forensic accounting, auditing, and small business accounting experience. She began her career with MSR Accounting & Business Solutions in Greenville, SC, where she managed the accounting and payroll for small businesses and prepared individual federal and state income tax returns. After MSR Accounting & Business Solutions, Rachel worked as a staff accountant for Myers and Stauffer, LC, in Atlanta, GA, where she completed review and attestation engagements for the Georgia Department of Community Health, Virginia Department of Health, and Alabama Department of Education. She recently held a position with Moore Colson.
Rachel has a wide range of financial analysis and data modeling skills and has experience working with large data sets. In addition, she has experience with data query languages, data visualization, and Visual Basic Application programming language.
In 2023, Rachel was recognized as a National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and Consultants' Training Institute's 30 Under Thirty honoree.
