Tuan has over 25 years of financial and accounting consulting experience and is a Partner of the forensic accounting, litigation support, and transaction advisory practice with FPS Consulting Group.
Tuan previously served as a manager at a Big 4 accounting firm and three publicly traded international financial and economic consultancies. His practice has focused on assisting corporations and individuals with complex business transactions, disputes, and financial investigations. He has worked with a wide range of clients including manufacturing, automotive, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, mining, energy, and oil and gas. Tuan has extensive experience in litigation consulting, valuation, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Rachel Kinzer, CPA/CFF, CFE
Rachel Kinzer is a Managing Consultant with Green Flash Forensic Accounting. She is an experienced forensic accountant with a strong track record supporting civil litigation, criminal matters, and independent fraud investigations. Rachel brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her work, with a professional foundation built on integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering value.
Prior to joining Green Flash, Rachel held positions at both regional and boutique forensic accounting firms, where she supported investigations and financial analysis engagements across a range of industries, including banking, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and technology. Her experience includes performing and managing lost profits analyses, fraud and misconduct investigations, insurance claim assessments, internal controls evaluations, bankruptcy, and receivership matters. She has also assisted in the preparation of expert reports, discovery analysis, and demonstrative exhibits in disputed matters
Rachel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Georgia and Mississippi. She holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
In recognition of her contributions to the field, Rachel was honored as a “30 Under Thirty” awardee by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the Consultants’ Training Institute® in 2022. In 2025, Rachel was awarded the FVS Standing Ovation Award by the AICPA. She currently serves as the Millennial Chair of the Business Valuation and Litigation Support Section for the Mississippi Society of CPAs and is active in several other professional and community organizations, including Filing for Freedom.
