Dr. Max Littlejohn teaches a variety of economic and financial subjects, including microeconomics, macroeconomics, international trade, corporate finance and banking. He sees each course as a chance to prepare new cohorts of scholars and practitioners to interpret economic theory and critically assess its empirical relevance and application in a modern context. Besides teaching, he maintains an active research agenda, serves as a journal referee, and speaks at academic conferences and business venues.

His research uses theory and quantitative methods to explore the dynamic relationship between corporate and consumer financial markets, monetary policy and macroeconomic activity.

Rachel Kinzer, CPA/CFF, CFE

Rachel Kinzer is a Managing Consultant with Green Flash Forensic Accounting. She is an experienced forensic accountant with a strong track record supporting civil litigation, criminal matters, and independent fraud investigations. Rachel brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her work, with a professional foundation built on integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering value.

Prior to joining Green Flash, Rachel held positions at both regional and boutique forensic accounting firms, where she supported investigations and financial analysis engagements across a range of industries, including banking, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and technology. Her experience includes performing and managing lost profits analyses, fraud and misconduct investigations, insurance claim assessments, internal controls evaluations, bankruptcy, and receivership matters. She has also assisted in the preparation of expert reports, discovery analysis, and demonstrative exhibits in disputed matters

Rachel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Georgia and Mississippi. She holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

In recognition of her contributions to the field, Rachel was honored as a “30 Under Thirty” awardee by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the Consultants’ Training Institute® in 2022. In 2025, Rachel was awarded the FVS Standing Ovation Award by the AICPA. She currently serves as the Millennial Chair of the Business Valuation and Litigation Support Section for the Mississippi Society of CPAs and is active in several other professional and community organizations, including Filing for Freedom.

Amanda serves as Team Leader for the White Collar, Compliance and Government Investigations Group and focuses her practice on government investigations and complex civil litigation. She has served as Lead Chair in over 30 jury trials. Her experience includes regularly conducting internal investigations for companies and medical institutions and providing advice on reporting obligations and representation throughout all phases of government investigations and accompanying litigation.

Jason R. Witcher, CPA, is the founder of Witcher CPA, where he works with closely-held and family businesses on tax, financial, and advisory issues. His background in public accounting and experience with a broad range of businesses inform his approach to strategic business and financial advice. He emphasizes practical problem solving, responsive service, and long-term client relationships.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation from Mississippi State University. He is a licensed CPA (License 5946) in Mississippi and is an investment adviser licensed in Mississippi and Tennessee.

He is active in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, Central Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Rankin County Chamber of Commerce.

Jason serves as a ruling elder at Lakeland Presbyterian Church in Flowood, Mississippi. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.

Robert Culpepper is an attorney in Raymond, Mississippi. As a lawyer with a solo practice, Robert gives his personal attention to every single case he handles.

A former prosecutor and federal agent, Robert has extensive knowledge of the justice system. He is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Louisiana.

Robert graduated from law school at the University of Mississippi in 2004 after receiving his undergraduate degree from Columbia University.

He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans. He prosecuted a wide range of felony and misdemeanor cases, specializing in high profile matters involving malfeasance by public officials and the use of force by police officers.

Robert was then commissioned as a JAG officer with the Mississippi Army National Guard. In 2009 he deployed to Afghanistan to serve as Judge Advocate for the 2/20th Special Forces Group (Airborne).

In 2011 Robert graduated from the FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia. In twelve years as a Special Agent, Robert served as lead investigator on complex federal criminal matters, focusing on public corruption, civil rights, election law, and white collar crime. The majority of his FBI career was spent at the Jackson, Mississippi field office.

Robert was born and raised in Hinds County and lives in Raymond with his wife, Kara, and their four wonderful children. They are active members of their hometown church.

As a member of the Government Enforcement and Investigations Group, Scott Newton concentrates his practice on government investigations and litigation, primarily including financial and health care fraud, monitorships, internal investigations, and commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Newton has more than 30 years of experience investigating, prosecuting, litigating, and monitoring criminal, civil, and parallel financial and health care fraud allegations and addressing collateral compliance consequences nationally as a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent, Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA), independent corporate monitor, and as an attorney in private practice.

Camille Dunlap is a Manager on the Advisory team at Faulk & Winkler. Her six years of experience span transaction advisory, business valuation, and forensic accounting. Whether a business owner is preparing to sell or a lender or buyer is evaluating an opportunity, Camille performs valuations, quality of earnings analyses, and diligence that reveal a company’s true financial picture. Her work helps owners address issues early and maximize value when the deal comes together.

Brandon Rinaudo is a Senior on the Advisory team at Faulk & Winkler. He brings ten years of experience in financial analysis and investment management to his work with small- and mid-size business owners. Through business valuations and exit readiness engagements, Brandon shows owners what their companies are worth today and what it will take to reach their goals, so they can plan for retirement, succession, or an exit on their own terms.
