Yale P. Murphy, CPA, is a Senior Fiduciary Consultant at Hardy Reed, specializing in qualified retirement plans and fiduciary governance. With 19 years of experience advising clients in audit-sensitive environments, Yale helps plan sponsors understand their regulatory obligations, mitigate fiduciary risk, and implement strong administrative controls. He holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Accountancy from Millsaps College.
Yale has maintained an active presence within Mississippi’s professional community. He has served on the board of the Mississippi Society of CPAs, including a term as Secretary, and currently serves as president of the Financial Planning Association of Mississippi. In addition, he serves as co-chair of Ways and Means for the St. Anthony Catholic School PA board.
A resident of Madison, Yale is active at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He and his wife have four children, and he enjoys staying active through tennis and family activities.

Formerly he held a position of Research Associate at Mississippi State University. As a representative of the University, he interacted with local governments and elected officials and has assisted numerous organizations with research, training, and service.
Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA (Finance) from Millsaps College.
Most recently, Frank graduated from the National Security Seminar, a program of the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle Barracks.
Civic Interests: An active member of the community, Frank serves in statewide volunteer leadership with Methodist Senior Services of Mississippi and the Family Impact Symposium. Locally, Frank is a ten-year board member of the Madison County Schools PTO. As Committee Chairman for Troop 15 (BSA) in Madison, Frank passes on the knowledge and experience he learned as an Eagle Scout. In recent years, Frank has served as Chair of both Leadership Madison County and Youth Leadership Madison County. Frank’s accolades include Staff Volunteer of the Year at Mississippi State University and a “Top 40 under 40” by the Mississippi Business Journal.

Will’s practice includes estate planning, IRS, and state and local, tax disputes, business formation and structuring, taxation law, and probate administration. Will worked in public accounting before going to law school. After law school, Will practiced law with a national law firm before joining Glover Russell, P.A.
Will and his wife, Lynn, have three children: Liam, Louree, and Jack. When not practicing law, Will enjoys being with his family and spending time outdoors.
More than three decades ago, “Russ” Russell began practicing law in Jackson, Mississippi. Over the years, he has become one of Mississippi’s most highly respected attorneys. A certified public accountant with a masters in tax law, he is also one of the area’s most versatile, well-rounded lawyers.
Russ grew up in a family of hard-working farmers in Clarksdale, MS, where the family has been farming some of the same family ground since the 1850s. He honed his craft in the legal field as a partner in some of Jackson’s most prestigious law firms, including Magruder Montgomery Brocato & Hosemann, PA, Phelps Dunbar LLP, and Watkins Ludlum Winter & Stennis, PA.
His time at these firms gave him a solid foundation on which he built the firm that he leads today. As principal in the firm, Russ oversees the work of the firm’s other attorneys to make sure every client gets the benefit of his singular expertise.
Russ earned his B.B.A. degree from Delta State University in 1977. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1981. Upon graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Law, he attended the law school at New York University, a school with unrivaled status in matters of tax law. Russ received his Master of Laws (in Taxation) from New York University in 1982.
