Clients think that estate planning only applies to the very rich. In truth, there are many issues of critical concern for which the middle-income client needs to plan. This course is a must-attend for all Accounting and Financial Professionals who work with middle-income clients and are looking for ways to provide additional quality services. Continually updated with the latest guidance.

Harris "Trip" H. Barnes, III, J.D. is Managing Partner at Barnes Law Firm, P.A. with offices located in Jackson, Oxford, Gulfport, and Southaven. He received his B.A. from Mississippi State University and Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He received his Masters of Law Degree in Taxation from the University of Florida. Throughout his career, Trip has been active in professional and community organizations such as Kiwanis Club, Salvation Army, Boy Scouts of America, Mississippi State University Alumni Association, Harrison County Bar Association, and The Mississippi Bar. He has also conducted seminars for the American Institute of CPAs, Mississippi Society of CPAs, and other professional organizations.
